I’ve been to a few classes, and it has been a great experience so far. The owner and all of the instructors have been very friendly and supportive. The workouts themselves have been challenging in a good way, and they use parts of my body I’m not sure I’ve used before. I already feel stronger and look forward to continuing.
I have been going to Lagree in Astoria for years and absolutely love it! It’s a total body workout and a great way to keep my body strong and toned. The instructors are all incredible knowledgeable, powerful and make the classes fun. The owner is an absolute doll! I had the opportunity to check out the Garden City location today and 10/10 would recommend that location as well.
Truly the best workout with the best staff! I’ve been going to Lagree for a little over a year and I can’t believe how much stronger I’ve become. It was really hard at the start, but everyone is so supportive and really care about your safety and success. I’ve never been consistent with any workout and started because I was getting married and never expected Lagree to be something that I had the motivation to keep up with after the bid day and now I actually look forward to it and can’t imagine my week without it. Amazing workout with supportive instructors! I’ve been working out here for a year and it has made me so much stronger. All the coaches have their own style — I’m still learning new moves 60 classes in, so this workout (often literally) keeps you on your toes! A Lagree class never fails to energize me for the day ahead. The workout space is always really clean and inviting. Can’t recommend highly enough!
I have been a member at Lagree for a few years now and LOVE IT. The studio is so cute and clean. The owner is one of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever interacted with. It's a great vibe in the studio that feels inclusive, enouraging and non-judgemental. It really is a community there. The instructor are top notch! They give you a great workout while also correcting form and make sure you are safe. It's a small group fitness class giving you the attention you want. It's so addictive! I really cannot recommend this studio enough. 10 stars isn't even enough!

AMAZING studio! Not only is lagree method a great (and VERY hard lol) workout, the instructors at Lagree NY Garden City are phenomenal and the studio itself is so cute and very clean. As someone who frequently goes to SLT in the city, I find that the instructors here really explain each move in a way that you can really understand it *WHILE* doing the exercise simultaneously (if that makes sense lol). So excited to come back!!
Only thing I will say is the parking lot is a bit small and they share it with a doctors office so allow yourself a little bit of time in the morning to get a spot!

Lagree NY is an amazing full body workout! It is the perfect balance between strength, cardio and endurance. The facility is beautiful and clean and the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. I highly recommend taking a class, it is 45 minutes well spent!!!
